Purchase Options
We offer products for purchase as available at the time of order. Some items may be limited release, made-to-order, or produced in small batches. Availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out without notice.
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing or availability at any time.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if inventory errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud are identified. In such cases, orders may be canceled and refunded.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once placed. This includes changes to size, color, quantity, shipping method, or address.

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are provided as guidance only and are subject to change. Pre-orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless the order cannot be fulfilled.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Joints & Jitsu LLC to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
