SHIPPING POLICY – JOINTS & JITSU

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on JOINTSNJITSU.COM.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during releases, high-volume periods, or limited drops.

Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are placed.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, carrier, and order size. We use tracked shipping services through third-party carriers.

We reserve the right to change shipping methods or carriers at our discretion.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Joints & Jitsu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Joints & Jitsu is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, or seized by customs.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered, Joints & Jitsu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No replacements or refunds will be issued for orders marked as delivered.

Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.
