The Joint #009 — What Training Taught Me About Shipping. Ya like UPS.

The Joint #009 — What Training Taught Me About Shipping. Ya like UPS.

Waiting to feel ready is how work dies unfinished.

Training doesn’t allow perfection. You step on the mat as you are. You get feedback immediately. You adjust next round. Shipping works the same way.  If I wait for the drop or the video to be perfected I may never see a final result. If I just push out an idea whether perfected or not I can at the least collect information to improve on the next go. Now I have a better system being less protective and more productive. If something is delivered damaged you know why and how it failed.

Polish is often fear in a nicer outfit. It delays exposure. Output creates data. Data creates improvement. Anything else is speculation.

The reps that matter aren’t the ones you’re proud of. They’re the ones that happened on schedule.

If something can’t survive being released a little rough, it wasn’t strong to begin with.

The Joint #013 — End of Phase 1: Check All Systems

If nothing feels different, that doesn’t mean nothing changed.
The Joint #012 — Learning to Lose Productively

The Joint #012 — Learning to Lose Productively

Loss only hurts when it’s personal. When you have no ego you don't feel it.
The Joint #011 — The Comfort Ceiling

The Joint #011 — The Comfort Ceiling

Comfort is useful until it becomes protective.
The Joint #010 — The Lie of Overnight Skill

The Joint #010 — The Lie of Overnight Skill

Overnight success is a storytelling trick.

Waiting to feel ready is how work dies unfinished.  Less protective and More productive

The Joint #008 — Most People Quit Quietly

Very few people announce that they’re done.

The Joint #007 — The Cost of Skipping Weeks

Missing once is a rounding error. Missing twice is a pattern.
