        A new white belt with zero quit, he takes the reps, the pressure, and the beatdowns so the whole crew levels up.

        — our Certified Athletic Trainer keeping the squad moving. When joints creak and muscles pull, he’s the first call. With him on deck, we train smarter, recover faster, and stay focused on the grind.
