All Sales Final

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to limited releases and small-batch production, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, color preference, or normal wear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Photo or video proof is required. Approved claims may receive a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered, Joints & Jitsu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
